1.1 Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
Duplicate payments made for the same service.
Cancellation of services by Wareed Laboratories due to unforeseen circumstances.
Services not rendered due to operational or technical issues on our end.
1.2 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases :
If the test has already been conducted and results have been delivered.
Cancellations made after the sample collection or service initiation.
Dissatisfaction with test results unless proven to be inaccurate by independent verification.
2.1 To request a refund, customers must:
Submit a written request via email to info@wareed.com.sa or visit the nearest Wareed Laboratories branch.
Provide relevant details, including the service date, payment proof, and reason for the refund.
2.2 Refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of payment or service. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3.1 Refund requests will be reviewed and verified by our customer support team.
3.2 Customers will be informed of the refund decision within 5 business days of submitting the request.
4.1 Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
4.2 The refund amount will be credited back within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5.1 A nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount for processing, unless the refund is due to an error on the part of Wareed Laboratories.
